Cancelling an order

If you’d like to cancel a merchandise order, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please note: Orders for Event Tickets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. 

Returns & Replacements

Event Tickets are non-refundable.

Merchandise: We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of any merchandise purchased 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 14 days will be based from its order date. Please contact info@ignitecruises.com for additional information on how to return an item.
Return items must be in new/unworn condition. All tags and labels must be affixed. We cannot exchange or accept returned items that show signs of wear, wash, damage, smoke exposure, pet hair, etc. The same thing applies if your merchandise arrives to us damaged for one reason or another during transit to us.
Any item that is defective or if the item delivered is incorrect, it will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, the customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange. Refunds will be the amount paid minus shipping fees.

Shipping – Rates

To check shipping rates to a specific address, do the following:

  1. Find your favorite product in the store and click the “ADD TO CART” button. Then click the “VIEW CART” button.
  2. While in the Cart page, click “Calculate Shipping” link located underneath the subtotal. Enter your COUNTRY, STATE and ZIP/POSTAL CODE. All available shipping delivery options and corresponding rates will be displayed.


Shipping – Delivery

Most products ship worldwide. International shipping rates will vary. We reserve the right to deny any international order for any reason.

Our fulfillment operation processes orders Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm EST.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification. Products on hand will ship within 24-48 hours. Some products are made to order; please allow between 5-7 business days for production of made to order products. Upgrading your shipping when submitting your order expedites the shipping portion of your order only. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

Privacy & Security

We respect our customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals.

Taxes

Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the stats of Florida.

Checking Order Status

If you have placed an order you can check the current status of your order by signing into your account and viewing your Order History.
